Diagnosis and Repair

Our Porsche certified technicians do more than just read codes or throw parts at a problem. We use Porsche certified diagnostic equipment and the system-driven diagnostic tools and knowledge base to accurately diagnose and repair your vehicle. Then we function test the failing part to isolate and confirm the problem. We get the repair done right, the first time, without replacing unnecessary parts.

To properly diagnose an air conditioning issue, we must evacuate and capture all remaining refrigerant in the system, we measure how much came out, and then re-fill to the factory-specified level. We will also introduce a dye to the refrigerent so that leaks can be detected. If leaks are slow enough that they cannot be seen immediately, the client can return within two weeks for a complimentary leak inspection.

Our factory-trained technicians perform precision Porsche wheel alignments using manufacturer-specified settings tailored to your model. We inspect suspension components, adjust camber, caster, and toe as needed, and ensure proper steering response and tire contact. Drive power performance is limited. The high-voltage battery may not be sufficiently charged or may be at a borderline operating temperature due to very cold outside temperatures, for example.

During the learning process for newly fitted wheels or tire pressure sensors, the warning light may flash or light up in the event of pressure loss in one or more tires, a defect, or a temporary fault in the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS).

• Reduce speed and adapt vehicle handling to the situation. Avoid forceful braking and steering maneuvers.
• Immediately stop when it is safe to do so, and switch off the engine. Check the relevant tire for damage. Fill in sealant if required. Set the correct tire pressure at the next opportunity.

E-Sound is deactivated.

• Drive with extreme care, as other road users may not hear the vehicle when it is driving in electric mode.

The Warn and Brake Assist function is restricted.
